Jody Holford writes contemporary romance with a little bit of heat and a lot of heart. A multi-published author, she has a soft spot for Christmas stories and regardless of what she reads (or writes), happily ever after is a must. For as long as she can remember, love stories have been a part of her life. By twelve, she’d already submitted her first story to True Story Magazine, which, thanks to her mom’s subscription, she was obsessed with. She moved on from those not-so-true stories to Sweet Valley High. It wasn’t until she was in her twenties that she found her favorite authors like Nora Roberts, Lori Foster, Carly Phillips and Rachel Gibson. No longer in her twenties, she’s also fallen for Emily Giffen, Rainbow Rowell, and Sophia Kinsella. If she’s not writing, she’s thinking about writing or reading. If she’s not doing those, she’s chatting with her daughters about writing since she sneakily got them addicted to the craft. Or, she’s thanking her husband for indulgently taking over all of the things she ignores when she’s lost in a book.
